‘Business Health Diagnosis’ is a review and analysis of your business which gives you a personalised report of what’s working in your business, what you should change and lots of recommendations to help your business grow.
The BUSINESS HEALTH DIAGNOSIS steps…
I will send you a set of pre-meeting questions to complete, which will help me to understand your business, what it is, where you have come from and where you want to get to.
I will then analyse the answers to your pre-meeting questions so that I can understand your ambitions for your business. I will also look at your social media posts and website (if you have one), as these tell me a lot about your business and how you appear to potential customers.
We will then arrange to meet for 2 hours to discuss the outcomes from my analysis and the key challenges and aspirations for your business.
Afterwards you will receive a report detailing our discussion and giving you lots of recommendations for your business for you to action.

At the end of the ‘Business Health Diagnosis’ you will know…
