Business Celebration - 1 year at Group Accountability with ‘Sorted!’
Sian Pelleschi is the owner of Sorted, a decluttering and organising service. Where no job is too big or too small.
When Sian joined my Accountability Group a year ago, she was 8 months pregnant with her 2nd child and had been running Sorted for about 2 years. She wasn’t sure what direction she wanted the business to go in, wasn’t happy with her pricing structure and in her words felt a bit of an imposter!
Fast forward a year and what a different Sian we see today. Sian is a very confident, stylish business owner, mother of two children, 3 years and a 1 year old and a very busy person. She has recently had a 2 page feature article in Cheshire Life, has been asked by BBC Breakfast News for an interview (which she couldn’t make!) and been on local radio.
She has had professional photographs taken for her website and social media, updated her pricing structure, started a collaboration with Savvy Style and has a waiting list of about a month. And best of all she no longer feels like an imposter.
